Main Responsibilities


  • Drive sales based on specific store targets & according to the Company’s operating manual
  • Support a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
  • Display general product knowledge of all product categories & expert product knowledge in assigned category, if specialized
  • Know and use all corporate processes and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to complete non-selling responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Understand and adhere to brand standards
  • Replenish merchandise to standard to create a full and abundant store
  • Provide feedback on improvement opportunities and any obstacles that hinder execution
  • Act as a shadow partner to new team members, as requested
  • Understand and demonstrate our corporate values
  • Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant
  • Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement etc. as directed
  • Recover merchandise on the sales floor to standard using the magazine pages
  • Replenish merchandise to Brand standard
  • Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room
