The Tasks
As a part of a dynamic sales team, you will be reaching out to potential customers, generating leads and securing sales. Responsibilities include lead generation, effective pitching, qualifying leads, and managing the sales process to meet or exceed targets. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in this role, which significantly contributes to the company's revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various sources, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media prospecting.
- Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce products or services and generate interest.
- Pitching and Presenting: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product and our service to potential customers.
- Qualification: Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for a potential sale and are likely to convert.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and addressing concerns
- Sales Process Management: Manage and track leads, prospects, and sales activities through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales, meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Follow-up: Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products or services and competitors.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and challenges to the sales manager or team.
- Adaptability: Be adaptable to changes in the market, product offerings, or sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Typically, outbound sales representatives should have at least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the medical environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in german and english are crucial for effective sales pitches and customer interactions.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
- Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service can be valuable for building strong customer relationships.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Gsuite and other sales and communication tools.
- Persistence and Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude is essential in sales.
- Goal-Oriented: Sales representatives should be driven to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving sales strategies.
