Your role at RBI
- Act as a sparring partner and liaison for various HO and NWB functions of RBI Group
- Analyse new trends and challenges in the banking industry and customer business and implement the respective changes in the (Controlling) methodology
- Facilitate the harmonization of Controlling and Accounting methods
- Lead or contribute as a member to projects, related to the implementation of new Controlling methods and tools
- Support the implementation of new innovative tools into Finance toolset
Your core competencies
- University degree in Business and Economics or similar
- Several years of working experience in a bank CFO area (preferably Controlling or Treasury) or related consulting company experience would be appreciated
- Clear understanding of bank steering processes and the respective interests of various stakeholders within a bank
- Strategically agile, ahead thinking, curious and eager to act in a highly demanding environment
- Very good communication skills and capability to explain concepts and methods to people with different professional backgrounds
