This is what your day looks like:
- Taking care of existing customers and key accounts, as well as acquiring new customers
- Participation in and implementation of sales events
- Independent planning, development and implementation of sales campaigns
- Carrying out market analyses
- Compilation of statistics and reports based on which the strategic planning of sales measures is carried out
- Responsibility for sales in your segment
- Close cooperation between internal hotel sales and global sales team
- Cross selling within an international group
This is what we look for in our next team member:
- Experience in the sales sector of the luxury hotel industry or in MICE or retail travel agent companies.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong local and international market and segment knowledge (e.g. MICE, Consortia, Corporate)
- Confident handling of MS Office and Opera
- Excellent manners, a well-groomed and confident appearance, as well as a positive charisma
- Negotiation skills, strong communication skills and goal orientation
- Distinctive customer orientation and high willingness to provide service
- Willingness to travel

This employment is classified in the collective agreement of the hotel industry in occupational group 3, the actual salary is of course based on your qualifications and will be overpaid.
For this position, we can offer you an inexpensive apartment near the hotel, so that you can arrive in peace during the first weeks.
