- Develop responsive and user-friendly web apps using modern technologies
- Maintain and update existing frontend codebase and project environments
- Contribute to system architecture design and technical roadmap
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Continuously improve our coding standards and evolve our tech stack
- Write automated tests to ensure impeccable user experience
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and assist in their skill development
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and the product owner
- Work closely with our operations team to monitor and improve our applications in production
Anforderungsprofil:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a web frontend developer
- Expert knowledge in HTML, CSS, JS
- Extensive experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and runtimes (e.g. NodeJS, Bun)
- Good understanding of SSR and PWA
- A high demand on the quality of your work
- Experience with WGAG/WAI and SEO
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Preferred experience with Docker, k8s, Grafana
- Knowledge of backend technologies and API design is a plus
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch is a plus
- Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo,…) is a plus
- Experience with e-commerce is a plus
- Skills in leading and mentoring junior developers is preferred
