Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide ad-hoc legal advice on general commercial matters, corporate housekeeping and regulatory topics, with some special focus on Global Services & Engineering; overall providing strong support in ongoing global development of INNIO Group
- Work closely with and provide legal advice to the corporate Headquarters and global top management
- Conduct impactful trainings to business teams in relation to legal and regulatory matters supporting the development and maintenance of a strong culture of purpose and compliance
- Manage dispute resolution and advisory related litigation matters
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law (preferably from a German or Austrian University); bar admittance is a plus or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Domestic and international contract drafting and negotiation experience gained in a law firm and/or in-house, transactional experience is a plus
- Strong experience prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in a fast-paced multinational business environment
- Strong negotiation skills, demonstrated business acumen and cross-functional execution competencies

Fluent in German and excellent English skills, additional language is a plus
- Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
