We are currently looking for a team member as
HR Systems Specialist (m/w/x)
Location: Graz or Munich or USA / asap / Full-time
Your Job!
- Project responsible for successful implementation of all HR Systems (e.g. Workday, Payroll)
- Plan and determine the whole HR system landscape
- Interface to stakeholders (e.g. HR, IT) in all project phases
- Coordinate and ensure implementation of HR software solutions
- Functional system support for HR business processes (e.g. Reporting)
Why You?
- Ongoing or completed education with focus on human resources, economics, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Experienced with HR tools (e.g. Workday) desirable
- General understanding of personnel management processes
- Passion and enthusiasm for IT-supported processes
- Processual way of thinking with regard to cross-functional and cross-system design of business processes
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Great writing and speaking skills on a fluent or native level in the English language; basic German language skills desirable
- Independent, structured and accurate way of working with hands-on mentality
- Responsible personality with strong communication and teamworking skills

Your profile matters
Your salary will be agreed on the basis of your qualification, professional experience and your future tasks.
The minimum salary, depending on qualification, ranges between € 3,315 and € 3,800 gross/month (14 x p. a.) on full-time basis. Depending on your professional experience, we are open to consider additional payment.
