Job Description
HR PROCESSES AND TOOLS
You'll maintain and further develop HR processes and tools in your area of responsibility. Together with the team you have the great opportunity to further develop and implement them on a global level.
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
You’ll act as first point of contact for questions related to your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you’ll build up your technical knowledge in the planning system to be able to adjust the system according to business requirements.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
You'll lead and support enhancement projects and manage change requests in the HR planning area, according to Red Bull methodology and standards.
DOCUMENTATION & TRAINING
You’ll maintain tool and process documentation. You’ll provide on-demand trainings for HRIS and HR colleagues.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
You’ll manage, coach and develop a small team of HRIS specialists contributing to our HR roadmap. Additionally, you’ll coordinate external HR consultants in the area of HR Planning.
Qualifications
Professional experience of minimum 5 years with HR IT systems, ideally in personal cost planning or payroll.
University Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or similar.
Fluent in English, any additional language is beneficial.
Strong management and team building skills to effectively lead a team of HRIS experts.
Experience in project management and application maintenance for organisations, ideally with regional or international scope.
Ability to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,508 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
