Professional kind nanny needed for VIP family in beautiful central Vienna (Wien) Austria to start in September, for long term. Nanny should be fluent in either English or German. Both of these languages are spoken within the family.
Family has 2 young daughters aged 1 & 3 and the position is a mix of sole and shared care, as mum works from home. Nanny must have experience with 1- 5 year olds.
All normal nursery duties.
The family travels frequently. Nanny needs to have experience of organising and packing suitcases and travelling with the family. Most travel will be within Europe and is for shortish periods, including Switzerland and Greece. They seek a nanny who is enjoys travel and is organised.
Working hours and days, 10 hours per day over 5 days. Up to 3 evenings babysitting. Occasional proxy parenting. Overtime will be paid for longer hours/ additional days.
Nanny can live in or live out (if living relatively close by) They can either offer a private bedroom with bathroom and kitchen facilities within their large apartment, OR nanny can live in their separate studio apartment a short 2 minute walk away.
Start date is September. If nanny can start early September then they can overlap with their current nanny.
The family also employs a full time housekeeper, who can help support the nanny on occasion, if required.
Must have sufficient previous experience of looking after at least 2 children sole charge.
Salary depends on nannys skills and experience and is negotiable.
Family is interviewing now and will arrange a trial so that nanny gets to see the daily routine etc.
Fully checkable references is essential.
