In your new job you will:
- Drive excellence in project management for various sub-projects in our international Digitalization Program and ensure a high level of transparency about progress, budget and risks

- Guide and support sub-project managers in utilizing professional project management methods according to international standards (IPMA or similar)
- Support the completion of work packages in the ongoing project and participate in supporting and controlling of project KPIs
- Lead smaller expert groups in participating and achieving the project objectives
- Act as an interface between project managers, top management and other stakeholders , communicate top management decisions and align with different stakeholders
- Lead the resource planning and risk management process
- Organize , moderate and record meetings and forward results to project managers
- Ensure reporting, document management and regular information of various stakeholders on all levels

- An academic degree in either a science subject, business administration, media & communication, engineering, or similar and relevant work experience
- Experience and passion in project management and leading project teams ideally in an international environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working with various interfaces
- Determined and solution-oriented way of working and the Capability to translate complex matters into understandable key messages
- International Awareness and experience in worldwide acting teams demonstrated by your Intercultural communication skills
- Certification in project management standards (IPMA or similar)
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite especially in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ( SAP experiences, skills in Tableau or Programming are a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
