Tasks:- Management and technical supervision of the quality control laboratory with approx. 40 employees at the production site in Spittal/Drau
- Leading and managing the strategic direction and the effective & efficient operational management of the quality control laboratory
- Implementation & control of GMP requirements
- Timely performance, evaluation and documentation of analyses and stability tests
- Implementation and support of internal and external audits
- internal and external representation of the quality control laboratory
- Ensuring the qualification & maintenance of the equipment & facilities of the quality control laboratory
Qualifications
- Degree in natural sciences (pharmacy, chemistry or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with management experience
- Control laboratory manager and ideally Qualified Person
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken Quality awareness, communication skills, target and result orientation, assertiveness
