CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

In this role, we’ll trust you with day-to-day management of international key accounts to deliver growth and profitability. From managing pre-orders and in-season reorders for your customers, to preparing and maintaining order sheets offers and presentations for collection within your responsibility.

B2B ONLINE STORE

You’ll will manage the development of our existing B2B online store to ensure the best customer experience, usability, and the implementation of new functionalities that will improve efficiency and boost sales. You’ll be responsible for keeping the B2B Shop up to date according to new launches and stock level.

REPORTING & ALIGNMENT

Sales reporting is a key requirement to monitor and measure success to develop future strategies. You’ll cooperate with our Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management and Digital Team to ensure a smooth communication with the internal shareholders. You will work hand in hand with the other Sales Specialists and will support them on the daily tasks. You’ll be involved in the business planning process and work on forecasting, analyzing, and monitoring of yearly stock.

Qualifications

Completed school education

First experiences in account management, sales, or related field

Project management skills and proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel.

Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset

Fluent in German and English

Self-starter personality with an innovative, analytical, accurate and solution-oriented mindset

Passion for the fashion industry

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
