What to do:

  • Design, model and fully automate data from systems of record to systems of insights in collaboration with IT and HR colleagues
  • Build and deploy people and culture analytics insights across HR and the business to help build data-driven organisational capability and culture
  • Support and work closely with the integration team and the implementation projects
  • Liaise with HR reporting teams and data quality management teams in all Erste Group countries

You check these boxes:

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, data science and data visualisation
  • Experience with one or more data analysis tools, programming languages and/or databases like Python, R, Tableau, Impala, ELK Stack, Hadoop, etc.
  • Detailed understanding and experience of standard processes for developing and deploying advanced analytics use cases
